Stay connected — this number only replies to businesses that message you first (via the site's WhatsApp button, for example). Replies appear in the CRM automatically.
⚠ Reactive-only by design: this number is not used for outbound/cold WhatsApp messages. WhatsApp restricts and bans accounts for unsolicited bulk messaging — cold outreach goes through Email instead (see Mass Outreach).
Email Inbox
Checks — for replies every 2 minutes and auto-responds. When a reply reads as an agreement, the lead is marked Converted and you get pinged on WhatsApp.
